I live in SC, but received a W-2 with a CA SDI Tax amount in Box 14. I was sent a W-2c yesterday. Do I need to file the original W-2 and the W-2c?

I do not have an amount in Box 1 or in any of the other boxes. My previous employer made this mistake on my pay stubs, as well as on the W-2.

If the W2C was only to "cancel" the SDI you would not have to amend your tax return UNLESS you itemize deductions- the CA SDI is included as state and local tax deduction.
