Which/what "state tax block"? 

If box 17 of your W-2, 

In TurboTax (TT), re-enter at:
- Federal Taxes tab (Personal in  Home & Business)

 - Wages & Income

Scroll down to:

  - Wages and Salaries

    - Click Update

    - On the next screen click edit next to your W-2

        - That will get you the W-2 screen. Scroll down to box 17 and change your entry.
