Form 3506 keeps asking for info and I do not qualify and will not let me file unless filled out. how do I get rid of this form

Try to delete the form:

To Delete Form 3506(Child and Dependent Care Credit) in TurboTax Online:
Go to "My Account" in the top right corner.
Select "Tools"
Under "Tools Center" select "Delete a Form"
Navigate to "Form 3506" and select "Delete" next to it.
