If you are asking if you can deduct health insurance premiums for Social Security under Medicare B, yes, you can.
You would only be able to deduct the costs if you are able to itemize your deductions as opposed to taking the standard deduction.
The deduction is limited to qualified medical expenses which exceed 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
In TurboTax, you can enter your medical expenses in the Federal section of the program.
Do you mean Medicare premiums deducted from your Social Security benefits?
You are asking from the State tax section. Do you mean Form B of some state return?
In TT you enter the gross amount of SS benefits show in Box 5, but you also enter the amount of premiums deducted. See the screen below. Please ask again if that does not answer your question
