CA State Tax Return: Can you explain this error "Check This Entry Schedule CA: SW Line J Write in text must be entered."

• Why is the description for line J blank?
• And why am I required to type in the description?
• What do I type in for the description?
• Why is line J prefilled with 700? And its greyed out so I can't change it?

Instructions: enter "Contribution" into the line.

Reason: Its a "ghost" line from the CA-01 form. Go to the side bar/ Tax Tools/ Tools/ Delete a Form/ view the California Return forms. You will confirm by visual inspection that CA-01 form does not exist. Do nothing but click on Continue With My Return. Since it doesn't exist we verified it was a "ghost" line with a pre-filled entry of "700".  We checked to see if it was a carry over from the federal or a mistype from me in the state return. There was nothing matching in the federal or a typo from me in the state return.

I figured this out with a live share screen with turbo tax specialist. I waited 80 minutes. The term "ghost" was used by the specialist over the phone.
