Question regarding Maryland Nonresident Form 505

I have income from a Maryland company, but reside in KY. Maryland taxes were taken out, but not KY. I believe I need to file form 505 which is the non-resident form. However, I am confused with what I am supposed to put in the 3 income columns-Federal, Maryland and Non-Maryland. I have checked the box saying I believe the income was withheld in error... (?). The instructions for form 505 are confusing. I am not new to taxes, but I have never had to file in another state before. Also, my tax software is showing errors when I try to file a Maryland return. Says EIN is wrong and employee address is wrong. Have confirmed both are correct. So, I am at a loss. I can't efile Maryland with errors. Not sure how to proceed. Income was less than 10,000 for MD, but higher total AGI for KY.
