Property tax deduction after leaving CA

My wife and I moved from CA to TX on December 12, 2021. Immediately after that, we had our home in CA prepared for sale, and we sold it on February 23, 2022. Earlier in 2021, we paid 1.5 years' worth of property taxes covering the period January 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022.

The taxes paid for the period ending December 12, 2021 (our move date) are deductible at both the federal and CA level. However, we have a few questions regarding the deductibility of property taxes for the following periods:

  1. December 13, 2021 - December 31, 2021. Are these deductible at the federal level? How about CA?
  2. January 1, 2022 - February 23, 2022. Are these deductible at the federal and/or CA level?
  3. February 24, 2022-June 30, 2022. We paid these in 2021 and received reimbursement for them when we sold the home in 2022. Are we allowed to take a deduction for these in 2021, and then report the reimbursement as income in 2022? We're in a higher-than-usual tax bracket in 2021, so this would be advantageous if possible

Thank you in advance
