pensions and IRA rollover

In 2019 I made several distributions from my IRA.

An RMD, a loan which was repaid within 30 days and several Qualified Contribution distributions.   The 1099 R details a distribution equal to the total of the aforementioned.  In Turbo-tax I posted the total distribution as detailed in the 1099 R and showed the RMD amount ,  The portion of the RMD as a QCD and the loan amount as an amount deposited back into the IRA.  The Federal return appears correct.  The State return details that the Loan amount is a taxable NJ rollover.   Should Turbo tax be treating the distribution as taxable?

How do I fix this?

Also I want to see the detail of amounts reported on lines 20a and 20b of the NJ 1040 return.  Where do I find this?
