Payments by check with KY Form 740-NP.

I've always mailed in KY Form 740-NP along with a payment.  In past years, KY Form 740-NP indicated a place where to attach payments, W-2's etc.  However, 2019 KY Form 740-NP does not indicate where to attach payment.  Now are payments not supposed to be attached to KY Form 740-NP?

I searched the instructions for KY Form 740-NP for any additional guidance about enclosing your tax payment with your return.  There is nothing to indicate that you should or should not attach your payment to the return as you have done in the past.

Thanks a bunch as I could find any direction either.  Give me a comfortable feeling to know another also had same take.
