Part-year resident California

I lived in California for first 7 months of the year and earned appox. 15,000. And moved to another state that has 0% tax rate and earned 90,000 during rest of the year. Two Questions. 

1. Why Turbotax CA return showing 105,000 as my CA AGI

2. The CA tax on 15,000 should be $104 on first 10,412 + 2% on 4588 = $196. However I see turbo tax calculating $700+ as the CA tax.

Is my understanding wrong ? Can please help me why the above discrepancy.
