Part Time NYC Resident - Need to Allocate Federal Adjustments to Income

I moved from NYC to Orange County in September of 2020, when filing I was instructed to Allocate Federal Adjustments to Income for a certain amount. There's not much help-info on this page, and I'm not even sure where to located my "Federal Adjustments." I've tried crunching some numbers within my federal filings, but none add up to the amount listed on the State filing page.

Federal Adjustments can be found on lines 10-14 of page 1 on your Form 1040.  These amounts are likely prorated on the form to your period of NYC residency (or that's what should be happening).

Hi Daniel, thanks, but how do I view these in TurboTax Online filing? I don't have my forms available to me yet.

You can go to Tax Tools and there's a Federal Forms screen that allows you to review the information.  While you can't access the Form itself, the information is available to you.
