Paid Family Leave Tax

It's my understanding that Georgia doesn't require withholding for Paid Family Leave. However, when I get to the state section, Turbotax is including the paid family leave income with my regular income. How do I fix this?

TurboTax is handling this properly. While withholding from the income may be optional, it is still generally taxable by both the IRS and the state of Georgia.
