Own home in NJ, live out of state, no income earned in state, do I have to file a NJ return?

Lived in Colorado for the entirety of 2023 and have federal gross income over $10K, none of the income was earned in New Jersey; however, I own a 2nd home in NJ and pay property taxes there. Do I need complete a NJ non-resident return for 2023?

I've read the NJ 1040NR instructions but still not 100% certain. In 2022, I sold my primary home in NJ and moved to CO, so I did complete a NJ  non-resident return for 2022. I just still own a 2nd home for personal use (no rental income).

No you don't need to file a New Jersey tax return if you didn't live there, didn't work there, and the house you own is for personal use (i.e. not a rental).
