Oklahoma aerospace tax credit

I qualified for Oklahoma aerospace tax credit beginning in 2020. I switched jobs this year still within the aerospace industry. Do I complete 2 seperate form 564's. I know I can only get the credit once but since you have to show the dates of employment do I need to do one for both employers?

Yes since the Form 564 Aerospace credit has to be attached to your OK tax return, complete two forms for each employer. In TurboTax credit section, enter the totals.
