NYPFL Box 14 - This is part of the itemized deduction for state/local taxes. I assigned the box right, but Turbo Tax does not include it in my itemized deductions? Why not? I am taking the standard deduction for federal.

If you are taking the standard deduction, then NYPFL is not deductible on your Schedule A because you are not itemizing. It is only deductible as a state and local tax if you itemize your deductions.
