NY State Return - College Tuition Credit Error

When I try to file my NY State Return, it says there is an error on the College Tuition Credit section. It is a graduate student, so they don't qualify for the credit, but since it is on my Federal filing, I can't delete it from NY State. Everything is marked as not an undergraduate and not qualified for the credit.
