NY REAL PROPERTY TAX RELIEF CREDIT

I think part of the issue here is it appears Turbo Tax has named this incorrectly.  NYS has a Real Property Tax Credit and a Property Tax Relief Credit but NOT a Real Property Tax Relief Credit.  Turbo Tax has combined the names of the two.  They are 2 different things being offered by NYS but its misleading what Turbo Tax is actually working on here with this part of the program.
