North Carolina Non Resident How to Carryover Rental Losses

Hello,

I am a non resident of North Carolina. I have a rental property there. Every year I've been filing a rental loss. How do I carryover the loss from one year to the next? I haven't been able to figure this out. For the state of Oklahoma I'm able to carryover my losses year after year in the return.

I've called the NC tax and got to a level 4 rep who said their forms are not set up to do what I want. Sounds like I can't carryover my NC losses according to what he said. I want to be able to carryover my losses and then offset them a year I have gains.
