Sorry about the blank question.
My 2018 federal return had a 2210 included in it to calculate my federal underpayment penalty. My NJ return did not have one and did not include a penalty in the final amount I owed. I just got a 'bill' from the state tax department which is billing me for the penalty. It's only the 'original' penalty - there's not penalty or interest (yet), so it's probably what should have been calculated by TT in the first place.
Why didn't TT calculate my penalty and include it in the amount I owed?
I got exactly same issue with PA, Turbotax does not calculated it - And it simply skipped it in calculations.
