New York State Adjusted 2023 Turbo Tax Filing

My New York State refund was adjusted after filing and notice received that stated I claimed a "NYS itemized deduction that used the incorrect income limitation required under the Tax Law." I've confirmed all data entered into Turbo Tax is correct. Is this a NYS issue or is there a flaw with the 2023 Turbo Tax product? The adjustment was minor - a reduction of $41.58.
