New York is telling me I owe state taxes dor 2019 but my company is part of Startup New York, which zeroes those. Is there a way to fix this?

This has worked fine the last couple of years and start up New York shows on my W2 and TurboTax recognized I should owe zero when I filed so it had to have gone in.

Did the NY Dept of Taxation tell you why you did not qualify for the StartUp NY tax exemption?

Are you sure you met all the criteria to qualify?
