New Resident to Arkansas capital loss carryover

Hello, question for Arkansas state taxes, i moved to Arkansas during 2023 and i have short term and long term capital loss carryovers from 2022.

How do i respond when turbo tax is asking me about Arkansas capital loss carryover from 2022. Do i put the full capital losses i reported on my federal return?

Arkansas treats capital losses the same as the federal so you can just enter your federal capital loss carryover there.

If I have lived in Arkansas only for over 2 years, but am not officially a resident, do I pick Resident ot Non-Resident for my residency status?
