You can't enter a figure there. It is designed to not accept any entries until they activate it in the future. You probably need to enter the numbers you have into a different line.

2023 TurboTax Tax Payments Worksheet LN 20 State Total Tax Payments = $14,081 which is correct. SCH A LN H State Taxes shows $140,605 which = over 10 times actual. Why?
