My wife is an Alabama resident and I am a Tennessee resident. How do I file her Alabama state taxes?

I assume you are using the desktop version of TurboTax. Go to "Online"  on the top of the screen. Then select download state, select Alabama to have Alabama added to you return. Then select the proper options to complete her Alabama return. i.e. part year, full year , etc.  The charge will come up either when you download or when you try to file the return.
