My e-filing of 2023 taxes failed. The system tells me I need to update Turbotax to fulfill the North Carolina requirements.

If you are using the Online TurboTax product, you don't need to do anything, TurboTax updates the Online automagically.

If you are using the desktop product, go to the top left for Online (ironic, isn't it?) , pull that down, and click on Check on Updates.
