My divorce was final in CA with Spousal support of $30k per year. CA allows alimony as a deduction to income, however all of my income was in MN. Any break here for me?

No. For divorces that have been concluded on or after 01/01/2019, alimony payments are no longer tax-deductible for the paying spouse in Minnesota.
