My computer freezes when I try to start the state forms.

After I select the tab to file state taxes, the federal files are saved and then I select "CONTINUE" I navigate to the next screen I get the header progress wording and nothing else. I see "State Purchase" (Bold) "Billing Address" Payment Info" "Review" and nothing else is shown. I've tried reboots multiple times with no success.
