My AZ State Return not reflecting form 322 Public School Contribution in final return - entered info correctly/adj not showing up in my final return/using TT Premier 2017

I have entered my public schools and amounts correctly in the corresponding screens but the Form 322 adjustment to reduce my federal deductions and increase my state credits is not being reflected in my final returns.  My other two credits are working correctly.  Not sure why my AZ return is not reflecting my Form 322 credit.

While I don't recall exactly where that was covered in AZ section, it is definitely there.  My AZ refund started at X amount and after it went through that section it was increased by X amount.  it does ask you what school district and school you donated to (mine was pre-populated from prior year info).
