You should log back into your Turbo Tax account and click Fix my return. You will get a message about the error. If you don't understand the message you get, post it in Community and we will help you.
If the message is clear, go ahead and make whatever corrections are needed. Next, click Continue to file. Keep going until Turbo Tax e-files your state return again.
