Multiple states

Me: I lived and worked in Virginia all of 2023.

Spouse: Retired January 3, 2023. Last paycheck came 1-23-23 while still a resident of Virginia. Most of last paycheck was actually for work in 2022 while a VA resident. She changed residency to Delaware on 2-2-23.

Us: We generally consider all earnings on investments to be joint. We have always filed Federal taxes as Married/Joint. We have a very small amount of investment income from a rental property in DE and have paid taxes on that to DE the past couple of years.

Question: How should we file VA and DE taxes now?
