Multiple State return

Have rental properties in Ohio who gives a 75% reduction in taxable earnings up to $250k for business income. I am now a North Carolina resident. How do I get this reduction in my North Carolina return?

I believe the rent reduction you are referring to is a state program offered by Ohio. If so, you would not be able to apply it to your North Carolina income tax.
