Maine Non-resident Pension income deduction

I am a NH resident who had some income from Maine in 2022. I am confused by the pension income deduction on the Maine nonresident income tax form. Any help will be welcome

Maine does not tax the pension income for nonresidents, but you have to prorate the pension deduction based on the percentage of qualified pension income received as a nonresident.
