MA Directive 93-2: Credit For Taxes Due To Other Jurisdictions

MA allows you to take the more favorable credit for taxes paid to other jurisdictions.  I do not see how to do this in TurboTax.  Does anyone know how to aggregate these payments?   " Taxpayer may compute the credit against Massachusetts income tax for taxes due to other jurisdictions on an aggregate basis."
