When I enter my GA wages and salaries in the state section its saying I owe $402 due to not paying any GA state taxes. On my W-2 it shows i have been paying state taxes?

It seems that your GA tax did not migrate to the state program when you did the personal info in the interview. I suggest going back to the income portion of the interview and ensure that you put in the state taxes paid from your W2 and choose GA as the state. That info should auto fill  when you open the state form. Otherwise you might have to reload the GA program, or manually fill in the blanks by selecting forms at the top of the screen.
