It depends. You may have accidentally omitted the question at the beginning of the interview asking if you worked in another state other than Georgia, for example. If the W2 does not reflect SC withholdings, that could be another reason the SC return did not appear.
But you can add it, and you will need to file for SC if you worked there. You can click on the States link, and it will take you to the beginning of the States interview. You will be able to add a state return there (South Carolina), and begin the SC nonresident interview.
When you finish, you will want to re-review your GA return to make sure that the credit for taxes paid to SC has been calculated and applied on your GA return.
