Is there an issue with the MO state taxes on-line payments. I owed for KS and those have already come out and both states were set for the same day.

Yes, according to the Missouri Department of Revenue website, it can take 3 to 4 days for them to process a direct debit payment for taxes. If it's been longer than that since your Kansas payment was processed, you should contact them. Follow this link for contact options.
