Is the free online version going to apply the update to the state of Iowa forms that results in Iowa rejection code IA_ErrorHold_TY23R24 ?

After efiling, Federal and other state returns have been accepted, but Iowa has repeated given this error code and rejected the return.  Indications were that a form update would be available by 3-28, but as of today, submitting the Iowa return still results in rejection.
