Hello. I need some help with answering some of these questions on this intake form, screening, sheet. This form is used as a Intake/Interviewer. The link is here the IRS pdf file : Form 13614-C
1. How many units does the IRS consider full time for college students?
2. For part II, 2 (i), According to the IRS, what do they considered totally permanently disabled mean? What is the criteria to be permanently disabled?
3. On 13614-C form, what does this mean “ Have Earned Income Credit, Child Tax Credit or American Opportunity Credit disallowed in a prior year?” Does it mean the IRS prohibits the tax payer from claim that tax credit?
4. On 13614-C form, part V 5 (b), what does this mean “ Have Earned Income Credit, Child Tax Credit or American Opportunity Credit disallowed in a prior year?”
Does it mean the IRS prohibits the tax payer from claiming that tax credit?
5. Part V, why is this question being asked, Did you receive the First Time Home buyers credit in 2008? Why is this question being asked when that credit is no longer offer by IRS since year 2010?
6. Does have health coverage through the Market place mean, the taxpayer purchases a health plan on his or her own, not through employer nor Medicare, and Medical?
7. Refund of state/local income taxes? Do that question mean the taxpayer receives money back of the taxes they paid last year?
8. On part II Marital Status and Household Information question #2 (h), when does full time student last year mean attended college or high school? What if they are minors?
