Illinois Salesman and Non Resident Indiana Taxes

My Michigan based company closed one of its Illinois branches and relocated some of the salesmen for tax purposes to the Indiana branch. Others were transferred to a remaining Illinois branch. My equipment sales territory and customers never changed, they always remained totally in Illinois. After 4 months, tax withholdings were returned to Illinois. I know I will owe taxes to Illinois for all of the income, but am I eligible to have all of the Indiana taxes refunded?
