If have a 1099INT and a 1099DIV form that both already have federal tax withheld, does anyone know how to enter that on Turbo tax?

The federal tax withheld should be in box 4 of the 1099-INT or 1099-DIV. On the screen where you enter the 1099-INT or 1099-DIV form, click the box that says "My form has info in more than just box 1" or "My form has info in more than just these boxes." Then you will be able to enter the federal tax withheld in box 4.
