If Florida does not require a state tax return, why in my review is TurboTax telling me my state return was not started? Will this penalize me or cause issues?

Florida does not levy an individual income tax but authorizes counties in Florida to levy a tangible personal property tax.

You do not have to be concerned with this tax unless you have a business or rental property in Florida and use personal property in connection with that business or rental property.

I already started my 2023 return but had not filed it yet and now I cannot find it. How do I return to the return that I already started?
