I work in Westlake, OH, and live in Cleveland. I'm filing in Cleveland and it doesn't appear to be accounting for Westlake withholding. Not sure how to adjust.

I had withholding in Westlake of ~$700, and entered my W2 on the CCA website and the summary shows this, but on the tax form, it says "less tax withheld" = $0, and that I owe the entire tax amount. I see comments on this forum that Cleveland gives a 50% credit, but I see no indication this was taken into account. Can you help?

If you are completing your city tax through TurboTax you will enter :

Employer's Name - City Tax Withheld - City Where Work Was Performed - Local Wages

This will calculate what credit CCA will give you for having taxes with-held in your work city of Westlake. We can only assist you with the information you are entering into TurboTax. (See Image Below) 

*NOTE: Normally this entry would be the same on the CCA Website
