You are being asked to explore possibilities to claim an exception from a penalty for the underpayment of estimated tax to Arkansas this year.

This form (AR2210) is added by TurboTax when it appears that you did not pay at least 90% of your Arkansas tax due and when the tax due is larger than $1,000.

One exception is when you paid at least as much tax during 2020 as you owed for 2019.

This is why you are being asked this question.

Does this cover what you wanted to know?

Which form did you have on your 2019 return?

The AR1000F is for a resident, the AR1000NR is for a part-year resident or nonresident, and I don't know what "line24B , 1002B" refers to (it's not on the screen I am looking at that is headed "Underpayment Penalty").

Do you not have a copy of your 2019 Arkansas return?
