I moved from Louisiana to Puerto Rico. I have been trying to file from here, but it won't let me get past the address verification, it doesn't have Puerto Rico as a choic

In the Personal Info section, select Foreign or US Possession from the drop-down list for State, it's at the end of the list.

Then you can put Puerto Rico in for the Country when you enter your address.
