I'm in the military and my SLR is New Jersey but i also uber in GA. Do i have to file two state returns or just Jersey?

Your military pay is still not subject to Georgia income tax, but your civilian Uber income is taxable in Georgia. 

Before you start preparing a Georgia return, I suggest you follow this link and look at page 6 to determine whether your net Uber income meets the filing threshold for that state and for further instructions.
