I'm filling out a nonresident return for Oklahoma for the first time. TT calculated what is owed but never asked what was already withheld. Where is that considered?

Earned $2200 in royalty. State tax already withheld was $100. Now it says I owe $78 but I don't see where it considers that it already withheld $100.
