Are you talking about W-2s? Do they have the same EIN (box b on the upper left)?

Are you trying to autoimport both documents? Can you get printed copies so you can manually enter them? Just entering them manually might solve the issue...

Require 2018 documents, only .tax2018 file available for download, installed 2024 desktop, won't open. Installed 2018 desktop, won't open as can't acquire state.
