I lived in WI through 4/15(105 days) and Utah the balance of the year(260 days). Do I need to file in both states and if so can I still use this program?

Yes to both. You will need to file a return in each state for the time you lived there. And yes, Turbo Tax can assist you in reporting the correct income and other tax items to each state.
