I live in the state of Texas. I believe I have until June 15 to file my taxes but I do not see any reference to that in Turbo Tax, only see May 17. Please clarify.

Yes, the federal filing deadline for residents of Texas has been extended to June 15, 2021.

It appears that TurboTax is asking people who want to do direct debit after May 17, 2021, to instead pay by mail (with the 1040-V voucher) or pay online at the IRS website.

On the "how would you like to pay your federal taxes?" screen, there is a link at the bottom that is for residents of Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana that will explain this.
