I live and work in PA but my wife moved to MA for school in July2019. She is on F1 and had income through on campus job. How should I file my state returns?

We are filing married jointly so far. I am leasing an apartment in PA and wife leased and continues to lease a room in MA for 3-4 months in MA in 2019. Should I file as part year residents of both states or non resident in MA and resident in PA or non resident MA and part year resident in PA
